By downloading, installing, or using DSDTools ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License & Pricing

DSDTools requires a purchased license key for continued full use. A license is a one-time purchase — no subscription. Each license is personal to you, is non-transferable, and may be used on computers you own or control for your own use. License keys and license files may not be shared or resold.

3. Evaluation

You may evaluate DSDTools free of charge before purchasing. After the evaluation period, a valid license is required to continue using the full feature set.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on DSDTools purchases. Contact akin@ilicali.com for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software is the intellectual property of S. Akın Ilıcalı. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, nor distribute license keys or license files.

6. Third-Party Components

The Software includes third-party and open-source components, used under their respective licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
