End User License Agreement

Effective: January 2025

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and S. Akın Ilıcalı ("Developer") for the use of DSDPlayer and DSDScanner software ("Software").

1. Grant of License

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software subject to the following terms:

• DSDPlayer Free / DSDScanner: You may install and use the software on an unlimited number of machines for personal or commercial use.
• DSDPlayer Pro: Each purchased license permits installation on up to two (2) machines owned or controlled by the licensee. The license is tied to the hardware of the activated machines.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

1. Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software or license keys
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
3. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the licensing mechanism
4. Share, publish, or transfer license keys to third parties
5. Use the Software for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the Software.

4. Updates

License holders are entitled to free updates for the lifetime of the product version. Major version upgrades may require a new license at a discounted rate.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
