End User License Agreement

Effective: 15 July 2026

1. Grant of License

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and S. Akın Ilıcalı ("Developer") for the use of DSDTools software ("Software"). Upon purchase of a license, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for your personal or internal use. Evaluation use free of charge is permitted before purchase.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software, license keys, or license files
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the licensing mechanism
Share, publish, or transfer license keys or license files to third parties
Use the Software for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the Software.

4. Updates

License holders are entitled to free updates for the life of the product.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
